Our mission

The story behind easy-job.ai

Development of easy-job.ai started in February 2025, initiated by Mario Michael Heinrich out of personal necessity. He realized just how time-consuming and repetitive the modern application process had become: tailoring every application, constantly tweaking the resume and keeping track of it all was a huge hurdle.

At the same time, he was bothered by the growing asymmetry in the job market: while employers increasingly use AI to filter out applicants efficiently, powerful and fair AI tools for the applicant side were missing.

easy-job.ai fills that gap. Launched by Mario as a one-person project, our mission is to put the most advanced tools into the hands of job seekers so they can turn the tables and master the application process.

Mario is also the developer of easy-quiz.ai, a popular quiz platform used worldwide that helps thousands of users test and expand their knowledge in a playful way. The platform turns documents into interactive quizzes, supports over 70 languages and offers real-time multiplayer for gamified learning.

That experience in building successful, user-focused platforms with AI-powered features flows directly into easy-job.ai and guarantees high quality and usability.

Since 2026, Hendrik Husmann and Khurram Awan have been strengthening the team. Together they lead marketing and make sure easy-job.ai reaches even more applicants.
